The Spectrum Advisory Board comprises of seasoned industry professionals and entrepreneurs across a wide range of business sectors. Our Advisory Board members will work with us on deals and opportunities in sectors where they have deep seated business knowledge as well as helping us to find new opportunities by virtue of their own personal networks and industry contacts. We believe this provides Spectrum with genuine sector and business expertise to sit alongside and complement our wide ranging advisory skills, experience and know-how.
Nigel Tipple, Chairman

Having graduated from Oxford University in 1978, Nigel spent the first 12 years of his career working in the City. He initially trained with Citibank and was subsequently employed in the corporate finance department of a leading merchant bank.

Peter is a highly successful private equity Managing Director with 25 years’ experience of buying, selling, analysing and investing in unquoted companies.
David Cole
Sector: Healthcare
David has 29 years’ experience in health, social care, and education, in public and private sector organisations. David has demonstrated the ability to lead, grow, and develop businesses, maximising shareholder value in a private equity backed environment.
Steve Ellis

Steve has a proven track record of creating value through company acquisitions and other corporate development initiatives in the US and internationally.
Mike Evans

Mike is a very experienced, well-rounded financial services Chairman and Non-Executive Director. A FTSE 100 Chairman, financially qualified (FIA) with significant strategic and operational executive experience.
Iain Mckenzie
Sector: Telecommunications, Software and Services
Iain has successfully established, developed, grown and exited a number of businesses in pioneering areas of technology. He set up his first business selling video data terminals in the mid-1980s which he then sold to Viewdata.

Heather has strong expertise in all aspects of high growth business development and large-scale change environment.

Mark has held a variety of executive and non-executive roles in high growth international technology businesses and has achieved a number of successful exits.
