Spectrum Corporate Finance has recently completed the sale of residential care and supported accommodation group, Integra Community Living Options (Integra), to a leading provider of care and support services to vulnerable adults, National Care Group (NCG).
With a successful portfolio of residential care homes, strategically positioned along the M4 corridor in South Wales, Integra is an award-winning provider of specialist residential care and supported accommodation for individuals with complex mental health needs. The Integra Group currently provides support to around 50 individuals, and it aims to support every individual to maximise their independence and quality of life.
The shareholders of Integra appointed Spectrum to conduct a full sales process which involved marketing the business to a select group of potential acquirers, before agreeing the sale to National Care Group.
NCG had been looking for a strategic acquisition in Wales to continue is strong geographical expansion. Both companies share common values and complementary services.
Spectrum supported the shareholders through the sale process, structuring and negotiating the deal and working alongside Harrison Clarke Rickerbys handling all the legal and completion documentation.
NCG were advised by Shoosmiths and RSM provided financial due diligence.
