We work closely with our clients to build a model to assess acquisition targets in a consistent and commercial manner. This involves the identification of suitable business valuations and advising on appropriate deal structures, including raising equity capital and/or debt if required.
We are skilled and experienced at initiating dialogue with target businesses in a confidential way on behalf of our clients and building rapport with vendors to deliver keenly priced and well thought through acquisitions.
