We have a track record of identifying purchasers which are not always the obvious candidates through our extensive research capability, our relationships with major acquisitive UK companies, private equity institutions and our international network.
We plan our projects to ensure that interested parties are engaged in a highly competitive process. We will manage all aspects of the sale including preparation of the Information Memorandum, comprehensive buyer research, preparing and rehearsing management presentations, leading commercial negotiations and hands-on project management during the due diligence and legal processes.
We make it our business to be on every call, attend every meeting and review every document in order to drive the project through to final completion. We work exceptionally hard to deliver the transaction for our client, minimising distraction from managing their business and enabling them to focus on key decisions required during the project.
