Harry Dhand was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Spectrum Corporate Finance in July 2016. Harry has significant business experience allied with a detailed knowledge of the corporate finance industry – he is therefore uniquely placed to add strategic input and direction to the continued development and success of Spectrum Corporate Finance.
Harry Dhand has worked closely with the founding partners and Managing Directors of Spectrum having set up DHD Corporate Finance with Simon Davies and Clive Hatchard in 1997. DHD was sold to Tenon Group plc (now RSM UK) in 2001 where Harry remained, running and growing the southern region team. He left in 2007 to establish his own boutique business where he has concentrated on strategic advice and general corporate consultancy.
Harry has acted as a non-executive director/chairman in a number of businesses including a nursing home group, an IT consultancy, a skincare manufacturer, an engineering group, a magazine publisher and an international consumer electronics manufacturer.
Out of hours, Harry enjoys golfing, skiing, cycling and fly fishing. More indoor pursuits include reading and wine.
